This is something we ask ourselves every day and is what drives us to make products that are low in sugar, sodium and that are keto, organic, gluten-free, dairy free, and soy-free.

Our coconut amions are soy sauce substitutes that not only have 60% less sodium than traditional soy sauces but also contain a deep and rich flavour profile.
Our coconut amionos aren’t just good for you, they’re good for the environment. We locally source many of our ingredients in Vancouver, B.C. and for the ones we can’t (like the coconuts) we work with small farms to sustainably harvest and ship them.
That’s what we like to call taste without compromise.
What can you do with coconut oil?
The better question is what can’t you do.
Coconut oil can be used for anything from baking, frying, and roasting to being used as a lotion. If you want a sustainable option for your coconut oil, we hear you. Our coconuts are ethically harvested, sustainably shipped, and packaged with care.

Naked & Saucy started with a desire to help my nephew who was allergic to soy. I wanted to find a soy sauce substitute that was not only healthy but also shamelessly tasty.
This desire grew and drove me to do more. I wanted to make sure that busy people leading busy lives would have access to foods that weren’t just bold in flavour but were also outrageously good for the body and the planet.
The answer to all of this was coconut aminos and the result was Naked & Saucy
