65% less sugar than regular coconut aminos
Our Reuced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and taste more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! We use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 57% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
All bottles are packaged in glass. Shake well before use and refrigerate after. When opened, the sauce should be stored in the fridge to preserve freshness.

Very pleased with the product as I must control my salt intake to a minimum. My only regret is that you do not offer the 70 % less salt alternative anymore. The options are all more salty which in my opinion is not necessary and would be healthier.
I got my bottle in an order from Amazon. There was no seal, the cap was loose and the coconut aminos spilled on my order. I would love a replacement bottle or a refund. Amazon has been no help.
Soy sauce noodles is a classic dish in HK cuisine and I used to eat it all the time when I was a kid!! That is.. Until I found out how much soy sauce was used!! I really miss this dish as it gave me great memories. But now I can finally recreate it at home w this!! So so so happy to have these noodles again - total nostalgic moments - minus the heavy sodium!!
