Our Reuced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and taste more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! We use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 50% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
All bottles are packaged in glass. Shake well before use and refrigerate after. When opened, the sauce should be stored in the fridge to preserve freshness.

Soy sauce noodles is a classic dish in HK cuisine and I used to eat it all the time when I was a kid!! That is.. Until I found out how much soy sauce was used!! I really miss this dish as it gave me great memories. But now I can finally recreate it at home w this!! So so so happy to have these noodles again - total nostalgic moments - minus the heavy sodium!!
