Our oil is extracted from concentrated coconut oil without any fillers or chemicals that results in 93% MCT content with absolutely no trace of palm oil. C8 – 50% C10 – 35% C12 and others – 8-10% It remains as a liquid at room temperature and has a smoke point of 350 degrees, so you can swap your regular cooking oils for this MCT oil when baking and grilling.
